We deliver our Antiqued Mirror Glass Panels, Framed Mirrors & Original Antique Mirrors Worldwide.
In the UK, we have a weekly van run from Devon to London and back. If your address is on our route our driver will deliver your panels or framed mirrors unwrapped as they're safely loaded and transported on a specialist glass frail.
For small orders or those further afield we pack, crate and dispatch in wooden, lined crates via a fully insured courier network or via a specialist mirror logistics company for framed mirrors.
Worldwide deliveries are also crated and sent via air or road freight.
Drivers will require assistance to unload large or heavy deliveries to a ground floor location - if this may pose a problem for you, please do let us know so we can help with alternative arrangements.
As a Retail Customer, you can return items from our collection of Original Antique Mirrors by informing us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to do so and they must reach us within a maximum 28 days of receipt in their original packaging.
We can arrange to collect the Original Antique Mirror in the same way it was delivered at a cost of £45 per mirror or you are welcome to arrange the return yourself back to our workshop address.
Samples can also be returned, in perfect condition, within 30 days. A refund will be made, less the cost of the original postage.
Tiles, wall panels and splash backs can be adhered directly to a primed, flat and dry wall using a solvent free mirror adhesive. We can supply this if preferred - please specify that you require adhesive when you place your order.
Ready to Hang mirrors will arrive with metal split batten fixings attached to the backboard. The corresponding batten will need to be fixed to your wall using screws appropriate for your wall. We recommend you engage the services of a professional to safely hang your mirror.
We can provide a full measure, supply and fit service for residential and commercial projects or we can supply and deliver only, if preferred.
Our installers are based in London so travel costs will be applicable outside of the M25.
Prices for Measure & Installation within the M25 start from £595 + VAT.
For smaller, simple single splash back installations outside the M25 area, it would be more cost effective for you to supply us with dimensions or a template and arrange somebody locally to install for you. We can supply instructions and a sufficient quantity of our recommended adhesive if required.
We only install panels that we've measured ourselves but are happy to guide you through the process.

TRADE: 2 Free Samples are available with further samples requiring a deposit payment which can be refunded on their safe return within 30 days.
RETAIL: We require a deposit payment which can be refunded on the sample's safe return within 30 days. You can order as many samples as you wish - although only one of each finish. The prices vary dependent on the finish but start from £10 each.
The Contract exists between the Seller (Rough Old Glass Limited) and the Client (whose name appears on our estimate/invoice). The contract will include those instructions written into the contract only.
1.General – The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all quotations, estimates, contracts and sales made between Rough Old Glass Ltd (The Seller) and any customer or purchaser (The Client) for goods or services supplied or provided by the Seller. Subject to the provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1997 all prices for goods or services are quoted on the basis that contracts entered into will be based on these conditions. Any variation to these conditions must be negotiated by the Client prior to the placing of any order. Any terms and conditions of purchase on orders from Clients will be of no legal effect insofar as they conflict with the Seller’s terms and conditions of sale. Each and every contract is personal to the Client and the Client may not transfer all or any of its rights or obligations under any contract without the prior written consent of the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to amend, change or modify these conditions without prior notice to the Client. The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation or enforceability. Any advice, Estimate or Quotes provided by the Sellers are given on the assumption that the product specification is to be checked for suitability by the Client.
2.Establishment of Contract – Any Quotation or Estimate given by the Seller is only an invitation to the Client to make an offer, and no order shall become binding on the Seller until it has been accepted by the Seller in writing. An Quotation or Estimate shall remain valid for a period of 30 days, after such time the Client’s acceptance of the Quotation shall be at the Sellers discretion. The Sellers accept order by post or email at the contact details set out in the Quotation or Estimate.
“Quotation” shall be defined as the formal quotation calculated by the Seller, registered on the Seller’s system, and sent to the Client for their consideration. “Estimate” shall be defined any estimated cost provided by the Seller before the Seller has been afforded all the information relating to the specified job.
a.To avoid confusion orders and changes to orders will only be accepted in writing.
b.Any additional instructions must be confirmed in writing and a price agreed for the additional work and materials, before the work can proceed.
c.The Seller reserves the right to refuse to amend an order where they do not feel it is practicable.
d.The Seller reserves the right to make additional charges where it is necessary in order to action an amendment instruction received from the Client.
e.The Seller will not be held accountable for any delay incurred as a result of the Seller carrying out the Client’s instructions.
f.Antique Mirror Glass Finish – Antique or coloured mirrors are obtained by random application of many chemicals. Each piece is therefore unique and by its nature cannot guarantee to produce specific design or colours. Although every care is taken we regret we cannot accept any responsibility that matching will be achieved and orders are accepted and executed only on this understanding.
g.Client Supplied Information – Thickness, specification, sizes of glass and method of installation stated on documentation or other information supplied by the Client does not necessarily imply their adequacy for a specific purpose. Once the glass is installed, the Seller cannot accept anyliability for damage or injury to property or persons or for any costs, expenses or losses incurred by the Client or their clients as a result of the inadequacy of the Goods for a specific purpose.
h.Alteration of Specifications and Products – The Seller reserves the right to change specifications or withdraw or add products and services from catalogues and price lists without notification to Clients unless otherwise agreed in writing on acceptance of order.
i. Templates – Unless the Client supplies templates, mirrors to fit in recesses, against walls or butting against other materials will be cut point to point.
4.Prices - Unless otherwise agreed in writing on the acceptance of an order, any price quoted by the Seller or stated on a Client’s order will be invoiced at the price ruling at the date of delivery of goods or provision of service. Any delivery of goods or provision of service will be subject to a minimum charge of quarter of a square metre. All prices quoted or charged are exclusive of Value Added Tax, which will be added at the rate applicable at the date of invoice.
a.A 50% non refundable deposit is required on all orders which will form acceptance of the terms and conditions, with the full cleared balance due prior to delivery.
b.Payment according to terms is of the essence of the contract and in the event of non-payment by the Client according to terms the Seller reserves the right to withhold further deliveries of goods or performance of services until payment of all monies dues to the Seller have been received.
c.The Seller further reserves the right to charge to the Client interest on all overdue accounts at the rate of 3% over Bank of England base rate per month or part thereof.
d.The Seller accepts payment by BACS/CHAPS to account: Rough Old Glass Ltd, Account number 93107086, Sort Code 20-04-59, Cheque made payable to Rough Old Glass Ltd or Debit Card.
