How we work
From specification to installation
Samples & specification
Trade clients can order two finish samples free. For larger projects, we’ll help you choose the right finishes.
Trade samples →Quotation
Email your drawings or specifications and we’ll usually send a quotation within one working day.
Production
Every panel is hand-silvered or hand-gilded to order in our North Devon workshop.
Delivery or installation
We deliver worldwide, or our installers survey and fit on site.
Lead times
Planning your programme
Heritage Collection finishes take 4–5 weeks to make and Studio Collection finishes 3–4 weeks. Verre églomisé and bespoke designs take 6–12 weeks, and survey and installation adds time to the overall programme.
If you have a hard deadline, we will always endeavour to work with you to meet it, but we prefer to under-promise and over-deliver.
