Delivery

Free UK mainland delivery, usually within 5–10 days.

Delivery is made via a specialist fragile logistics company, who will need assistance to unload large mirrors to a ground floor location. If you need further assistance, please let us know so we can offer alternative shipping options.

Worldwide delivery is also available: please request a shipping price.

Incoterms: DAP (Delivered At Place) / DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Rough Old Glass can arrange shipping for your order but, as the customer, you will be liable to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties and clearing fees, where applicable.
